Meet Tony and Sara Nevarez! Owners of The Food Truck, they both have extensive experience in the restaurant and catering biz, both with degrees in culinary arts. The Food Truck is typically parked outside New Union Brewing in Lowell on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Smash Burgers are their specialty! Looking forward to noshin’ with you guys!
