MASA Dinner
We are excited to announce a progressive 5-course dinner pairing with Masa, a dining experience rooted in Mexican Heritage, bringing communities together through ancestral flavors, stories, and meals. The concept and origin of Masa was created as an expressive culinary outlet for Chef César Becerril, and has been his pop-up style brand for the last several years. He is excited to share this culinary vision in a seated, coursed, progressive dinner, the first of it’s kind! We hope to taste and share this space numerous times with Masa in the future! Come taste Grand Rapids summer’s finest ; sourcing thee very best West Michigan produce, working through the lens of : __________ . This event is special, folks. Tickets can be purchased under the EVENTS page. This event runs from 6:00 - 10:00pm.
Song Bird and Song Bird Market is a working market style pop-up shop, curated and driven by Chef Daren Palacios. Daren now resides in Detroit, and is working for the renowned culinary powerhouse, Backbone Hospitality Group, which owns Marrow, Marrow Provisions Detroit, The Royce, and Mink.

There will be a lot of great silent auctions items to bid on, too. All proceeds benefit St. Cecilia Music Center's mission-based programming in the community.
